Hints:
--You don't have to match the colors exactly, but get reasonably close.
--Even if you have colored some text, making it boldface still makes it stand out more.
--There is some non-default font in the heading and thrououghout the page. You don't have to match it, but find something similar. Also, give some alternate fonts in case your choice can't be found on someones computer.
--If you wish to indent something (like the arrows or the punishment levels after the asterisks) use some text (x's for example) that is the same color as the page background. There is no pre-formatted text in this page.
