Long sentences are automatically wrapped around according to the size of the browser window, but line breaks
force a line break at a desired location. The paragraph element causes a line break,
followed by a blank line. The horizontal rule, well, you can
see what it does.
It's a nice way to provide an aesthetically pleasing break in a page
or to set something apart, like this sentence.
